Zacharie Makin a 1st Impression on the Neighbors

I always wondered where Zacharie went at the end of OFF so I thought, eh, he might have hopped across video games like the 4th wall breaking character he is and ended up in Undertale. i wish But then again if you saw a dude in a creepy frog mask trying to sell pieces of meat to children, would you really think he's a good influence?

And the Judge is also there cause let's pretend this was the Special Ending and Zacharie brought him along so he wouldn't be lonely. ;;;v;;;
